波兰国际戏剧海报双年展创办于1985年，到2013年已成功举办14届，是国际平面设计协会ICOGRADA认可的顶级赛事。与索菲亚国际舞台戏剧海报三年展同为国际中重要的两大戏剧节。

Karel Mišek (捷克), Stanislav Stankoci (斯洛伐克,第八届斯洛伐克特纳瓦国际海报三年展评委 ), ThierrySarfis (法国，波兰华沙国际海报双年展评委，2012“东+西”国际评委) and Krzysztof Motyka(波兰).
