塞浦路斯邀请邀请来自全世界的设计师和创意人来参加本届“平面设计，挑战认知”国际海报设计大赛，参赛者们也有机会看到他们的作品被印刷成明信片。这次国际比赛是塞浦路斯第五届平面设计和视觉传达会议的一部分，会议将于2019年3月15日至17日在塞浦路斯举行。金奖金总额2000欧元。
大赛主题：
“Graphic Design, Challenging the Perception” “平面设计，挑战感知/观念/认知” 创作海报以及明信片！
大赛主题释义：
设计是地球上千百万人的共同语言，它的力量和有效性归功于创造者的多样性、他们的独特感知和他们异质的根源，但不知道边界、承诺、宗教或绿线。设计已经成为人类塑造环境，从而塑造社会和自己，并引起真正变化的最有力的手段。平面设计具有塑造、影响、挑战并最终改变我们普通感知、理解、解释事物的能力。平面设计需要创造力和想象力，这些都是基于感知的。我们所感知到的不仅仅是我们的眼睛或耳朵带给我们的大脑，它是我们自己头脑的产物。感知是我们所看到的，我们过去的经验和我们对某一情境的特定观点的结合。
它也是通过我们的感官看到、听到或理解某事，然后用逻辑、情感或任何其他方式解释它，最终产生心理印象的能力。
感知不是静态的，但它被改变和成形，受多种因素的影响。视觉传达设计师不仅拥有正确的工具和知识，而且有责任去挑战、影响和改变共同的感知。
本次大赛的主题“平面设计，挑战感知”以及各自的展览，旨在突出和提升平面设计在塑造和挑战共同感知方面的价值。比赛的参与者被邀请可视化他们的想法，想法和关注设计的力量塑造和挑战的感知，他们被要求挑战的感知。

1. International distinction for professional visual communication designers
Prize: A fonts collection worth of 500euro from Parachute &
300euro from the Bank of Cyprus
2. International distinction for higher education students (university or college) of visual communication

3. Cypriot distinction for higher education students (university or college) of visual communication
Prize: 200euro from the Bank of Cyprus
4. Cypriot distinction for Lyceum and Technical School students
Prize: 200euro from the Bank of Cyprus
国际评审团评委将评选出50件优秀作品在塞浦路斯文化基金会展出。

The submission of projects can only be done electronically by email from the 15th of September until the 30th of November 2018.
参赛流程：
参赛者须在2018年11月30日前通过发送邮件至gsccontest.pr@gmail.com提交他们的设计作品，并且在电子邮件的标题中说明相应的参赛类别：
1. 国际参赛者：专业视觉传达设计师
2. 国际参赛者：高等教育在校视觉传达设计专业学生
3. 塞浦路斯参赛者：塞浦路斯高等教育在校视觉传达设计专业学生
4. 塞浦路斯参赛者：塞浦路斯中学生和职业技术院校学生
Submission Procedure
The submission of the projects starts on the 15th of September 2018 and will end on the 15th of November 2018. Entries must be sent by email to: gsccontest.pr@gmail.com stating in the title of the email the category of participation as follows:
1. International participation: professional visual communication designers
2. International participation: higher education students of visual communication
3. Cypriot participation: higher education students of visual communication
4. Cypriot participation: high school and technical school students.
Higher education Students in Cyprus can participate in the same time, with the same poster in both categories [2, 3].
