一个地名，牵寻一生的记忆，数百年过去，赵家埂子的繁华虽已不似从前，但悠哉闲适的慢生活早已在人们心中扎根。“赵家埂子”火锅，将埂子里传统的市井味道延续下去，让祖传的手艺得以继续传承，传达出经过这里的每个人都可以尝到儿时的味道，表达对往人，往事旧时的回忆，用味道记录赵家埂子的光阴故事。
A place name is the memory of one's life. Hundreds of years later, although the prosperity of zhaojiagengzi is not the same as before, the leisurely and leisurely slow life has already taken root in people's hearts.
